Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Heirloom Linen will accept payment for goods by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank deposit, money order and cheque. Orders will not be delivered until all payments have been approved.
Delivery
Heirloom Linen orders are usually shipped in 3 – 7 business days from receipt of payment, dependant on the items purchased and current stock levels. In the unlikely event of not being able to complete your order, or if there are any delays, Heirloom Linen will contact you by email or phone to discuss alternative measures.
Errors
Heirloom Linen will not be held responsible or liable if insufficient or incorrect information is supplied by the customer which may lead to late deliveries or failed deliveries. The onus is with the customer to check that all the information given is correct, complete and accurate before the order is submitted.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Heirloom Linen reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Refunds Policy
We at Heirloom Linen are sure you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy, we will gladly refund, exchange or credit your purchase on the return of the item on condition that it is un- used, un-washed and is in its original packaging suitable for re-sale.
Any claims for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for an authorization number. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for items returned. Once the item is received by Heirloom Linen either a refund, exchange or credit will be issued.
Shipping Policy
Heirloom Linen uses Registered Australia Post for deliveries Australia wide at a standard rate of $15.00 for all orders under $150.00. Shipping is free for all orders over $150.00. Express Post can be arranged by emailing us your details.
